Returns & Exchanges

Standard Returns & Exchanges Policy

For exchanges/refunds, please contact us within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your order. Items purchased from DefBrand can be returned in their original condition within ten (10) days of receipt for a full refund, or within twenty (20) days of receipt for an exchange.  All returned items have a $10 restocking fee.

 An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number is required before an exchange or refund can be processed.  Please write your RMA number on the outside of the package.  As soon as the package is received, we will proceed accordingly with the refund or exchange.  Any goods shipped to DefBrand without an RMA will not be processed. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Returns will be processed after our shipping department has inspected the items and declares the items are in their original condition. If there are any discrepancies, DefBrand will notify the customer immediately.  Please allow 10-15 business days from when the package is received for your return to be processed.  Additional 3-5 business days for refunds to be returned to your original form of payment. Defbrand recommends customers to receive a tracking number from the shipping carrier when sending back packages to DefBrand.

Items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Worn items cannot be returned.  If you do ship such items, DefBrand will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

Return/exchange shipping costs to DefBrand is the responsibility of the customer. DefBrand will cover the shipping costs for any exchange items back to the customer.
