When can I return my product?
For exchanges/refunds, please contact DefBrand within THREE (3) business days of receiving your order. Items purchased from DefBrand can be returned in their original condition within ten (10) days of receipt for a full refund, or within twenty (20) days of receipt for an exchange. Note: RMA number is required before shipping packages back to DefBrand. Returns will not be processed without an RMA number. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

You can only purchase from DefBrand.com. At this time, we do not have a brick and mortar store.
What do I need to return my product?
RMA number is needed for all returns.
When do I get my refund?
Please allow 10-12 business days (depending on your financial institution) from when the package is received for your return to be processed. Additional 3-5 business days for refunds to be returned to your original form of payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International packages can take up to 2-4 weeks due to customs holding and transit.
DefBrand is not responsible for any processing delays, weather-related delays and/or strikes, world pandemics, once orders are turned over to the international carriers. We also do not have any control over processing times with international customs agencies
When purchasing a product from DefBrand.com, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country.
If an international package is rejected by the recipient/importer due to failure to pay any import fees and/or taxes within its country, DefBrand reserves all right to refund only the difference between any charges, the cost of any loss in merchandise and the original order payment.
Which shipping company do you use?
For domestic and international shipments, United States Postal Service (USPS). For special cases, another international carrier maybe be used (i.e. DHL, UPS, or FedEX).
What is my shipping cost?
We offer free domestic shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to all addresses within the continental United States. Please contact us for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii and International locations.
When can I expect my product to arrive at my location?
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Domestic packages can take 3-7 business days to arrive after USPS receipt of packages. International packages can take up to 2 weeks due to customs holding and transit.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email, which will contain the tracking number for your package. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours after your order has shipped to show movement. If you have not seen any update after 24 hour window, please know this occasionally happens and does not necessarily mean that your package is lost. Sometimes packages are not scanned accurately throughout the shipping process. If the latest estimated delivery date has passed and you still have not received your order, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I create a custom color for my foam hand?
We provide basic colors, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown, black, white. Contact us for custom colors. We provide base colors for the foam hand and sleeve: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown, black, and white.
Note: these colors are not exact due to manufacturing variation. We continue to work with our manufacturing facilities to provide consistent colors and quality.

What forms of payment can I use? We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. To pay using your credit card, you will still need to click on the PayPal icon on the checkout page. You should be given the opportunity to either sign-in to your PayPal account or return to the DefBrand website to enter your credit card details.
Is there a restocking fee when I return my product?
All returned items for credit have a $10 restocking fee.
